1st Annual EBF3 HADDS Virtual Fun Run!

Join the EBF3 HADDS Foundation for our 1st Annual International HADDS In Motion Virtual Fun Run! The Virtual Fun Run is a week-long movement and fundraising challenge to raise awareness and support the individual(s) in your community with HADDS.

EVENT DETAILS

 

When? October 25 – November 1, 2020

 

Where? Your City (the run can happen anywhere!) 

​

Over the course of the week, we encourage each participant to complete a 5k, Half Marathon or Full Marathon, or whatever distance is possible to encourage support. It doesn't matter if you run, walk or roll your way to the finish line, any way you choose to do it is a sign of solidarity and compassion for those living with HADDS.

​

What is a virtual run? 

You can run anywhere! You organize the when and where in your community, but together we will all rally around HADDS Awareness globally. You choose the meeting location, start time, and fundraising goal (if desired).  Earn badges as you and/or your team progress through the fundraising tiers. There will also be prizes for the longest distance (recorded in the HADDS In Motion Race Tracker), best costume (Halloween Week), best HADDS Plaid attire, and highest fundraising team. 

 

What is included in the registration?

All participants registered will receive a digital race packet that will include:  

• A digital race bib, a HADDS In Motion playlist

• A support guide to fundraising

• Access to the HADDS In Motion Race Tracker to log your distance (Participation in the Tracker is optional).

• All registrations completed by October 10, 2020, will receive up to (4) HADDS In Motion Finisher Medal for each ticketed participant. Additional medals can be purchased in the HADDS Shop.

 

Why is it a week-long? 

Each person will have an opportunity on the official race page to start their own team. Each team will decide their community's race details. We have designed the run to be as flexible as possible with your schedule and also to promote global participation, regardless of timezone.
