Board Application

Thank you for your interest in joining the Foundation's Board! While you have been invited to apply, no position is guaranteed without first completing the application and undergoing our formal review process. If we feel your interests are aligned and you will be able to represent the Foundation, our mission and have the time and resources necessary to support our growing community, you will be selected.  We hope to complete the review process by mid-April, with final decisions being announced in late April 2020. Upon selection, you will need to sign our Board of Directors Commitment letter and provide a 250 word or less bio along with a professional headshot that will be added to our Board of Directors page on our website.

 

We will use this application to confirm information, assess your interest and prospective areas for involvement/contribution and ensure that there is alignment between you and the Foundation's mission and founder's values. The applications will only be shared with current active board members and the Foundation's founding families. Please keep in mind, the Board of Directors application is invite-only. Until we mature as a Foundation, we felt this approach best positioned us to be strategic in our work and leadership as we build our reputation in the HADDS global community.

 By submitting this application, you agree that you can provide at least 2-4 hours a month in attendance to Board and Committee meetings/work and that you do not have any conflict-of-interest in participating on the Board.
