HADDS & World Mental Health Awareness Day

World Mental Health Day (October 10, 2021) is an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. It was first celebrated in 1992 at the initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health, a global mental health organization with members and contacts in more than 150 countries.

Our community often talks about the common symptoms of HADDS, but there is much to be explored in the realm of mental health and those living with HADDS. Bianca Ballwanz and Denholm Willmer wanted to kick off the conversation by discussing mental health, HADDS and what they hope to see in future years from our research team and community.
